LP Gas is cost-effective, since a high proportion of its energy content is converted into heat. LP Gas can be up to five times more efficient than traditional fuels, resulting in less energy wastage and better use of our planet’s resources.

LPG is one of the cleanest burning energy sources available. Due to its simple chemical make-up, LPG burns cleanly. When combined with air for combustion, it produces low carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), sulphur dioxide (SO2) and virtually no soot. When measured through the total fuel cycle, LPG has the lowest impact on greenhouse gas emissions in comparison to any other fossil fuel. Through National Gas and its LPG networks, our customers are certain that they are effectively managing their costs as well as protecting the environment.
